All about water

We all know that our bodies are full of water. In fact, we are sort of like walking talking fish tanks. Our blood serum is remarkably similar in composition to sea water. It’s full of minerals!

Drinking clean, filtered water that has been properly mineralized is absolutely foundational to health. Before diving deep into healing, step one is assessing your water situation.

What kind of filtration are you using?

Are you drinking or bathing in tap water? Find out how your tap water measures up by clicking this link and entering your zip code. The majority of tap water systems in the U.S. do NOT meet the smell test for toxins and impurities.

Are you drinking reverse osmosis or distilled water? If so, it is extremely important that you remineralize your water. I suggest added Trace Mineral Drops to your water.

Are you drinking well water? If so, be aware that well water could have high manganese and iron. It is worth testing the water to find out total dissolved solids and what they are.

Are you drinking spring water? If so, be aware that it could be high in calcium. It would be worth knowing how much calcium you are getting through your water.

Ideally…

  • You are able to access well-filtered, non-fluoridated water with healthy minerals like magnesium, bicarbonate, potassium, sodium, calcium, and trace minerals.

  • You are drinking water that is being stored in glass.

  • You have a shower filter that effectively removes heavy metals, chlorine, chloramine, and fluoride.
